We celebrate every season with unique pizzas made from the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Homemade sauces

Freshly made sauces such as garlic mayo, extra hot or cocktail are waiting for your pizzas every day!

Wood fired oven

High temperatures and fast baking times keep the ingredients juicy and the batter crispy. A light smoky flavour intensifies the taste of the ingredients.

Pizza dough

The dough rises for more than 48 hours and is therefore particularly digestible for the stomach. The flavour and texture are also better. Also with spelt or kamut flour.

Mozzarella

Our mozzarella comes from the Brimi dairy farm in Brixen. Regional is important to us.

Also lactose-free.

Events

Always something going on here!

In summer, we organise Aperitivo Rock every Wednesday with live music, good drinks and snacks. DJ beats to warm you up beforehand and then music from different groups. But there are also all sorts of other events that you shouldn't miss.

Cosy evening in a relaxed and stylish atmosphere

Very good pizzas with a customised choice of base dough, e.g. spelt dough. Varied salad buffet as well as the rest of the menu. Nice selection of regional wines.
